Secure the best rates guaranteed for your South Coast accommodation when you book directly with us. If you happen to find a lower price on external booking channels, let us know—we’ll gladly match the rate while also providing added benefits that you won’t get elsewhere.
By booking directly, you’ll enjoy greater flexibility with cancellations and date changes. If you need to adjust your stay within the usual non-cancellation period, we’ll do our best to rebook those dates. If successful, you’ll receive either a refund or credit towards a future stay, ensuring peace of mind when planning your trip.
Cancellation Policy
Plans can change, and we understand. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, reach out as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival are eligible for a refund minus a 10% service fee. For cancellations within 30 days, we’ll make every effort to rebook the dates—if successful, you'll receive a refund (less 10%) or full credit for a future stay.
For added peace of mind, if you are unable to reach the property due to road closures or official travel restrictions caused by events like COVID-19, bushfires, or floods, we offer credits. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy applies.

No Parties or Events: To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Loud music or disruptive behavior is not permitted during these hours.

Respect Our Neighbors: This home is part of a friendly and quiet community. We kindly ask that you be considerate of those around you at all times.

No Pets Allowed: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this property. We appreciate your understanding.
